Refund policy

At DigiDispo, we care about your experience and want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

How it works:

  1. Contact us - Before sending anything back, please email us at support@digidispo.shop with your order number and reason for return (not mandatory, but it does help usto improve.)

  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - Once approved, we’ll provide you with a unique return number and instructions for the return process. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be accepted.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

  • Once we receive your return, you’ll receive your refund within 5 business days

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@digidispo.shop.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that, unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellation requests once an order has been placed. This is due to our system automatically and immediately sending all orders to our fulfillment center for processing, where they begin to be prepared for shipment right away. As a result, we are not able to intercept or modify orders once this process has started. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Restocking Fees

Please note that returns requested after the 14-day return period are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a partial refund to cover handling, inspection, and loss of resale value.
The exact refund amount depends on the condition of the returned item.
In most cases, the deduction for partial refunds for returns outside the return period range between 10% and 30%, depending on handling, inspection, and loss of resale value.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Destroyed Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect a parcel, or otherwise causes a shipment to be returned, this will not automatically qualify as a completed return.

Refunds are only processed once the returned parcel has been successfully received by us or by our authorized returns partner and inspected.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise not returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct any direct costs incurred, including but not limited to return shipping, carrier handling fees, customs charges, storage fees, destruction fees, and loss of goods, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers must contact us before refusing delivery or arranging any return shipment so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
  • The product is returned without prior approval (or RMA) from our support team.
  • The items are be used and/or not returned in original condition
