These terms apply to the DigiCorder™ launch draw (the "Promotion"), in which five of the first fifty qualifying orders receive a full refund. Please read them before taking part.
This Promotion is organised by DigiDispo™, a trade name of Onius, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 80574130, Hof van Koningsveld5, Nootdorp, the Netherlands. Contact: support@digidispo.shop.
This Promotion is a promotional game of chance and is conducted in accordance with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen).
Launch day is Thursday 6 August 2026. Early access opens at 11:00 CEST and public sale opens at 14:00 CEST. Entry closes as soon as fifty (50) qualifying orders have been placed, or at 23:59 CEST on 6 August 2026, whichever occurs first.
Every order containing a DigiCorder™ placed on digidispo.shop on 6 August 2026 is entered automatically. No separate registration is required. The order sequence is determined by the order number assigned by our webshop at the moment payment is completed. The first fifty (50) qualifying orders take part in the draw. Each qualifying order receives one (1) entry.
Participants can earn one (1) additional entry by sharing our DigiCorder launch post or story on Instagram or TikTok, tagging @digidispo.official, and submitting proof of the share through our entry form at https://forms.gle/GoMY18eQYoDCt6Pq7.
Five (5) winners each receive a full refund of the amount paid for their qualifying order, including any shipping costs paid. Winners keep their product. The total prize value is approximately €375.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or any alternative, and cannot be transferred to another person. The value of each individual prize is below the threshold for Dutch gambling tax (kansspelbelasting), so no gambling tax is payable by winners.
The draw takes place on or before Monday 10 August 2026. Five winners are selected at random from all qualifying entries using a documented randomisation procedure with a recorded seed, so that the result can be reproduced and verified afterwards. Entries carrying an additional share entry are weighted accordingly. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners are notified by email at the address used for their order, within three (3) business days of the draw. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within this period, we may draw a replacement winner. Refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of confirmation.
We may publish the first name and country of winners on our website and social channels. We will always ask permission first.
If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or returned before the draw takes place, the entry lapses. If a winner exercises their statutory right of withdrawal and returns the product after the prize has been paid, the prize refund is offset against the return refund, so that the order is refunded once in total.
We process the personal data you provide (name, email address and order details, and for extra entries your social media handle and screenshot) solely to administer this Promotion, in line with our Privacy Policy. Entry form data is deleted no later than three (3) months after the draw.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms or ByteDance. Participants release these platforms from any liability in connection with this Promotion.
Questions or complaints about this Promotion can be sent to support@digidispo.shop. We aim to respond within five business days. Complaints that cannot be resolved between us may be submitted to the Netherlands Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit).
Dutch law applies to this Promotion.
